Monthly payment
Regular amount paid to the bank each month. For a standard mortgage, this is an annuity — the same amount throughout the fixation period, covering both interest and principal. After fixation ends, the payment is recalculated based on the new rate. The average Czech monthly mortgage payment in 2026 is CZK 24,700.
