Net monthly income
Income after deduction of tax, social and health insurance. Banks use this figure to calculate DSTI and DTI limits. For employees the average over the past 3–6 months is typically used; for self-employed (OSVČ) it's calculated from tax returns (usually average of 1–2 years).
