Extraordinary payment
A one-time payment beyond the regular annuity that goes entirely toward principal reduction. By law, the client has the right to repay 25% of the remaining principal annually for free. Some banks offer even more favorable conditions. An extraordinary payment in the middle of fixation can significantly reduce total interest.
