Signing the mortgage contract
The final step of the approval process. Before signing, you have the right to a 14-day period to study the draft contract. Along with the loan contract, you usually also sign the lien contract, the petition for cadaster registration, and the property insurance contract. After signing, the bank submits the lien for cadaster registration and can then release the funds.
