SOLUS / BRKI registries
Private credit registries that the bank checks when assessing creditworthiness. SOLUS tracks defaults with non-bank creditors (operators, utilities, leases). BRKI (Bank Client Information Registry) records loans with banks — both performing and non-performing. A negative entry significantly reduces approval chances; it's deleted about 3 years after the issue is resolved.
